For how long are we going to be exploited? Vodacom is stealing people's money! Recharged airtime is swapped into tones costs without the so called esteemed customer's plea or consent! I had Tshs 500 only and decided to recharge my airtime so that I can consult my wife that I was in a daladala heading home, and you know I was hungry!
I recharged my airtime and the worst message came, "Dear Customer,Your Vodacom caller tune has been successfully activated at Tshs 400. The tone Kesho has been set for 30 days. Please call 15577 to manage your call tones!" Frankly speaking I was flabbergasted and my airtime balance showed only Tshs 70! Where was the Tshs 30?
The secret behind remains within Vodacom! I'm not subscribed to tones or anything of that kind! Vodacom have to publicly disclose subscribing or unsubscribing ways to stop this theft!
